The Spring Equinox marks a moment of equal light + dark—a natural threshold between what has been and what is beginning. It is a time of renewal, reawakening, and gentle emergence. Not a push forward, but an opening to possibility as the light remerges slowly.

This women’s retreat is an invitation to reconnect with yourself—to listen inward, soften your nervous system, and open your heart to what longs to bloom.

This is not about fixing or striving.

It is about coming back into relationship with yourself—honoring where you are and welcoming what wants to grow.

What is the Spring Equinox?

The Spring Equinox is the moment when the sun crosses the celestial equator, resulting in nearly equal lengths of day and night across the Earth.

This happens because:

-The Earth is tilted on its axis

-At the equinox, that tilt is neither leaning toward nor away from the sun

-Light + darkness are in balance

After this point:

-Days begin to grow longer

-Light slowly increases

-Energy moves outward and upward

It is a literal turning point in the year...an honoring of balance, renewal, potential, and gentle beginnings.

FAQ...

Who is this for?

Females. This is a feminine embodiment workshop.

What does the word somatic mean?

It means relating to the body as experienced from the inside (particularly how the body experiences, stores, and communicates sensations, emotions, and stress.)

Do I need any previous experience with somatics?

Nope...come as you are! All of you is welcome here!

What is cacao?

Cacao comes from the beans of the Theobroma cacao tree and, in its pure form, is minimally processed and rich in natural compounds like theobromine (increases blood flow + softens emotional armor), magnesium, and antioxidants. It boosts serotonin + anandamide, relaxes your nervous system, and gets you out of your head and reconnects you to your body's intuition. It’s often used in ceremonies as a gentle heart-opener that can support mood, connection, and grounded energy without the intensity of caffeine. I use Keith's Cacao for my events. It's my favorite!

What do I need to bring?

Cozy items for a sound bath (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow)!

Is food included?

Cacao will be served. Feel free to bring a snack if you need that or water.

What if I'm nervous?

It's totally normal to feel a little nervous to do something new. I would assume everyone would feel a little nervous and unsure of what's going to happen and the flow of the day because all of us feel that. It's totally okay to acknowledge and embrace your fear...and honor it. Everything during the retreat is an invitation. You can choose to participate at the level you feel comfortable and safe to without judgement.

What's the refund policy?

Unfortunately there are no refunds given. You can transfer your ticket to someone else if you cannot attend.
