Yay! You're registered for the upcoming sound bath!

Your meditative experience will begin promptly at 7pm at Southeastway Park in Indianapolis, IN on May 1!

Mark your calendar + plan to arrive 10-15 mins early.

*NOTE: You will have to park at the main building and walk across the street over near the sledding hill. Please plan accordingly and use the restroom before you come!

Be sure to bring the following items:

-Yoga mat, towel, or blanket to lay on (or zero gravity chair if the ground is too much for you!)

-Blanket for on top of you (your body temperature will decrease)

-Pillow or something soft for your head

-Bolster or pillow for under your knees (optional)

-Eye mask or weighted eye pillow (optional)- I have several available to borrow!
