This class combines the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls + gentle somatic practices to help you unwind and release tension...to open your heart...to soften...and to help you lead yourself through stress and challenges from a grounded state. WHAT TO EXPECT:
-Starting with creating safety, grounding into your body, + guided meditation
-Sound healing with crystal singing bowls
-Ending with gentle somatic (body) stretching + conscious movement
-Led by a trauma-informed, somatic practitioner
WHAT TO BRING:
-Yoga mat, towel, or blanket to lie on (or zero gravity chair if you prefer)
-comfy clothes
-cozy blanket to have on top (your body temperature will drop!)
-pillow or towel for head or knees
-optional eye mask or eye pillow (extra eye pillows available!)
