Jill Howell is the founder of Dancing in the Mess, an emotional resilience and somatic healing coaching practice for women. FAQ...

How long will each somatic practice take + what are somatic practices?

Usually less than 10 mins per day. Somatic practices are gentle nurturing experiences to help you self-connect in a compassionate way to your body. These invitations will guide you to take a sacred pause to connect authentically, and help you to unburden the parts of you that are heavy and in need.

When + how will the somatic practices be released each day?

Every morning sometime before Noon EST your new practice will be shared in the Telegram App through text, pdf, audio, or video! Check your email to join the Telegram group. Have notifications allowed and it will alert your phone when the daily heart centered practice is shared!

Can I join late?

Absolutely! You can join at anytime and have access to the material you missed in Telegram to do at your own pace!
